my uncurdled tofu ggigae

A few days ago, I finally cooked uncurdled tofu ggigae using the recipe I posted here. I followed the recipe and found out that it's very easy and quick to cook the ggigae. I didn't put meat, but the ggigae turned out yummy!

  1. It looks very very yummy! I'm waiting for the Sacramento summer heat to go away, so I can try this soup! I will let you know when I cook this soup.
Next request...the spicy seafood soup with very soft tofu in. Remember we talked about it? I can't find a recipe anywhere. So I'm counting on you, Jean!! :)

  2. Jean--David fixed red red potatoes yesterday in Livermore. They were delicious with scrambled eggs and fruit and Sandra's sweet bread. Have to say the potatoes would have been even better if you had been here to make and eat them with us!

  3. Hi Judy, Thanks for your note. I'm glad that David's red red potatoes were delicious. I gave him my recipe, so I'm very happy to hear that. Yes, I wished I had been there with every body for the blunch. Will look forward to cooking again either in Berkeley or Livermore. ^^

  4. What do you think, Jean? Did Dave do justice to your red red potatoes? I just saw the pics.
